There are no additional "per use" costs for reports, forms etc. Having agreed the annual licence fee for the department/divisions in which it will be used, you can use it as much as you want throughout the year without any additional costs.

For example, in the current economic climate you may find a significant increase in the number of applicants you get for jobs. Increasing the number of people you want to profile for each vacancy will make no difference to the cost of your Licence.

Being a fully inclusive Licence, you can use The McQuaig System™ on an unlimited basis for all internal and external recruitment plus management & development within the employee population covered.
